     GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS

All the excursions are on an "all inclusive" basis from the indicated starting point : guide, pirogue, lodging in carbet/hammock with mosquito net, all meals with drinks, aerial transportation by AIR GUYANE when mentioned.
WB01513_.gif (307 octets) Payment : by bank checks in Euro, bank transfer, credit card (remote selling). A 50% downpayment is required at reservation, the balance is to be paid before departure.

More than 15 days before departure we will reimburse all payments,
From 14 to 8 days before departure, we will retain 10 % of the package price,
From 7 to 2 days before departure, we will retain 35 % of the package price,
Less than 2 days before departure, we will retain 70 % of the package price,
WB01514_.gif (256 octets) Insurances : we subscribe a civil reliability insurance covering also individual accidents. IMPORTANT : in this type of journeys, the fact that some risks inherent to the retained activities are accepted by the clients is often considered by the insurances.

For an expedition on a river :   rucksack approx 30L, sleeping bag (if chilly), big platic bag, 2 casual clothes (day suits) and 2 night clothes, headlight and batteries, camera batteries  in a plastic bag, passeport and money in a waterproof plastic bag.

For a trekking : rucksack approx 60L, sleeping bag, good used walking shoes or boots with socks (1 set per day), binoculars, big platic bag, 2 casual clothes (day suits) and 2 night clothes, headlight and batteries, camera batteries  in a plastic bag, passeport and money in a waterproof plastic bag, pocket knife, water bottle (gourd), poncho.
